Your data, our duties
Your information
Whatever reaches us from you, by form or by e-mail, contains personal data. Here is who handles it, what is collected, for what purpose and for how long, and the rights you hold.
Controller
NIE Pamplona is responsible for the personal data received through niepamplona.com. Write to camino@niepamplona.com about any of it.
Data collected
Only two fields are compulsory, name and e-mail address. Nationality, phone number, the procedure that concerns you and a short description of your case are optional. With every submission the server notes the moment, the IP address it came from and which browser sent it, as a guard against misuse.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process your data to reply to you, first with an automatic acknowledgement and then, at your request, to prepare your procedure together. The legal grounds: measures you ask for before any contract exists, and our legitimate interest in keeping junk and abuse out of the forms. We sell no data and run no marketing with it.
Recipients
When a partner company is better placed to help, we forward your request to it, and it may use it only to reply and assist you. Our hosting and e-mail providers follow our instructions and must, by contract, keep it safe. Authorities receive data only when the law compels us.
Retention
Enquiries that lead nowhere are erased as soon as they serve no purpose. A file opened for work done together is kept as long as the law demands, then deleted.
Your rights
The GDPR entitles you to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict or oppose its processing, and obtain a portable copy to take elsewhere. Send your request to camino@niepamplona.com; we reply within the legal deadline. If you think we have fallen short, you may take a complaint to the AEPD, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, which supervises data protection in Spain.
Cookies
Only one technical cookie is set, the one that allows forms to be submitted securely. Nothing tracks you or serves advertising.
