Who carries the credential with you
How we walk it with you
NIE Pamplona is a private and independent service that helps newcomers to Pamplona/Iruña and the rest of Navarra through their papers: the NIE, a green certificate or a TIE, the padrón, one stage after another.
People come to Navarra to study or research at its universities, to work in its factories, hospitals and services, to join a relative, to retire, and now and then because they walked into Pamplona with a rucksack and did not want to leave. The rules they meet are national. The building, the sections, the booking and the order of the stages are local.
Our work is preparation: naming the procedure and the section that fit your case, completing the forms beside you, hunting for a cita previa, and reviewing the folder with you before the day. When the question turns legal, on tax, an inheritance or a refusal, we send you to a lawyer or an adviser.
There is no link between us and the Delegación del Gobierno en Navarra, its Oficina Única de Extranjería, the Policía Nacional, the Gobierno de Navarra or the Ayuntamiento de Pamplona/Iruñeko Udala. Everything described here can be done directly with them, for the official fees and nothing more.

The four boxes, in order
The first stage: where you set out from
Write to us with three facts: the passport you hold, the town in Navarra where you will live, and the date everything hangs on (a contract that starts, a deed to sign, a term that opens). We answer by e-mail with your procedure and the section at Avenida de Guipúzcoa 40 that handles it.
The second stage: the folder
We sit down with you over the EX form and the fee slip, gather the proof your case requires, and test each document against what the procedure demands, all before a slot is taken.
The third stage: the date
We search the booking system for a slot in Navarra that suits you, and go through the confirmation together: procedure, address, section, hour.
The fourth stage: the counter
A few lines before the day: the entrance, the folder, the order of the papers. Afterwards we point the next arrow, whether it leads to card collection, the padrón, the Seguridad Social or a notaría.
Why walk it with company
Your stages, and only yours
Your passport and your plans set the list: only the stages that apply to you, in the order you will reach them.
The right section, named in advance
At Avenida de Guipúzcoa 40 the police split their work into sections, next door to the Oficina Única. We tell you which one your paper belongs to before you book.
English beside the Spanish
Official forms stay in Spanish. Next to each box we give its meaning in English, and we warn you of the few phrases an officer is likely to use.
Not an office, and saying so
We are a private service. Decisions come from the Policía Nacional, the Oficina Única and the Ayuntamiento; our part is getting you ready for them. You may walk every stage described here on your own, paying only what the State charges.
