TIE fingerprints at Avenida de Guipúzcoa 40, permits from the Oficina Única, the Brexit card, Spaniards’ relatives, a student’s extension, trips mid-renewal.
Where in Pamplona are the fingerprints for a TIE taken?
At Avenida de Guipúzcoa 40, by the Recogida de tarjetas section, which the Delegación del Gobierno lists for TIE issue and handover. Book under Navarra; the Comisaría de Tudela lists TIE issue as well.
Extranjería Pamplona: who decides my residence or work permit?
The Oficina Única de Extranjería de Navarra, at the same address, open 9:00–14:00 on weekdays, by cita previa or online through MERCURIO. Once the permit is granted, the police section makes the card.
A UK passport and a green certificate from before Brexit: am I covered?
The Withdrawal Agreement keeps your rights, but the card designed for them, a TIE that names the Agreement, is the document that works at borders. Apply on the EX-20 and give your fingerprints at Avenida de Guipúzcoa 40.
I am Ecuadorian and my wife is Spanish. Is my card the EX-19?
No longer. Since 2025, relatives of Spanish citizens apply for a residence authorisation of their own, which the Oficina Única lists. The EX-19 remains for the relatives of other Europeans.
My student authorisation ends in June. Can I stay on for a master’s?
Ask for the extension before it ends. The police unit lists students and extensions, the Oficina Única lists study stays and takes online filing; your booking or MERCURIO decides which desk the file reaches.
My card has expired, the renewal is pending, and a parent abroad is ill. What can I do?
Request an autorización de regreso from Personal comunitarios y regresos before you travel, explaining the urgency with whatever proof you have.
