Using this site
This page sets out the basis on which niepamplona.com publishes its guides and answers the people who write to it. Using the site means accepting it.
An independent service
NIE Pamplona is a private undertaking. No public authority owns it or speaks through it, whether the Delegación del Gobierno en Navarra and its Oficina Única de Extranjería, the Policía Nacional, the Gobierno de Navarra or a town hall. We explain procedures; the offices responsible for them are the only ones that receive applications and rule on them.
The guides
Each guide is drawn from the official pages listed beneath it and was checked against them on publication. Procedures, forms, fees and offices change, at times without notice, and no general text can account for your own circumstances. Read our pages as information rather than legal advice, and verify anything decisive with the office in charge or a qualified adviser.
Requests and our help
Sending us a message, by form or by e-mail, creates no obligation for either side. If, after our first answer, you would like us to take your case on, we first set down in writing what we would do and for how much, and nothing starts without your consent. Where one of our partner companies can serve you better, we say so; its own terms then govern whatever it does for you.
Fees and results
Official fees, the 790-012 among them, are owed to the State and kept apart from anything paid to us. Preparation smooths an appointment; it does not decide it. We guarantee no result, no date and no time frame.
Links
Where we send you to official sites or to partner companies, the content and conditions of those sites are theirs, not ours.
Liability
We are not responsible for decisions taken by the administration, for rule changes made after a guide went online, or for how many slots the booking system releases.
Questions, and the law that applies
Any question about these terms can be sent to camino@niepamplona.com. They are subject to Spanish law.
